Our Rooms

All B&B guestrooms feature down comforters and pressed cotton sheets, hair dryers, and terry robes, wifi and special Seattle Hill House signature chocolates, handmade by our chef
upon arrival.

Rates at Seattle Hill House are $75 - $199, varying based on season, length of stay, and availability.

Our best rates, $75 - $150, are offered November through March, with lowest rates available for longer stays and/or mid-week stays.

During our high season, May through October, rates are $99 - $199 with a 3 night weekend minimum and a
2 night midweek minimum.

Always call however - we do our best to fit in shorter stays whenever possible!
