Hill House B&B is located at 1113 East John St. on Capitol Hill, a historic Seattle neighborhood, two and a half blocks from over 200 shops and restaurants on Broadway and just a 15 - 20 minute walk to downtown Seattle.

Hill House B&B is 3/4 mile from the Seattle Convention Center located downtown Seattle and on a direct bus route to Pike Place Market and the University of Washington.

Only a twenty minute drive from the Sea Tac International Airport. Available modes of transportation include car rentals, taxis, city bus to Downtown Seattle, town car pickup, and the door-to-door super shuttle service.

A typical breakfast at Hill House B&B starts out with fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice and finishes with a hot entree and toast. Special dietary requirements and early dining arrangements are accommodated whenever possible.

Some of our fruit plates include: Spiced caramelized oranges, melon balls in a rosemary Riesling sauce, baked cinnamon apples, and fresh fruit smoothies.

Some of our hot entrees include: Fresh walnut bread french toast, fresh smoked salmon omelets, eggs florentine, and frittatas with marinara and fetta cheese.

Hill House B&B offers its guests the use of three common areas: the living room - a quiet place to relax, the dining room, and the back porch overlooking the garden and willow tree.  Also offered is off-street parking, a premium on Capitol Hill. Wireless high-speed internet is available for those travelling with laptops.
